1. Eligibility
FrameBox is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older. By using FrameBox, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. App Functions
FrameBox provides local device media review, image and video preview, crop tools, sticker undo tools, filter choices, text watermark tools, speed options, trim controls, local save options, inspiration notes, and theme puzzle frame composition. These functions are designed for personal, lawful, local creative use.
3. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the photos, videos, notes, watermark text, stickers, edits, theme cards, and other materials you choose to use in FrameBox. You must have the rights or permissions needed for any material you edit, save, or share outside the app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FrameBox to create, store, edit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or non-consensual content. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the app.
5. Local Storage And Device Care
FrameBox is local-first. Except for User ID information, app materials are stored on your phone for local app use and are not collected by us. You are responsible for maintaining device access, backups, storage space, and operating system security.
6. Google Play
Downloads and store-related actions may be handled through Google Play. Google Play terms, purchase rules, refund rules, and platform policies may apply to those actions.
7. Intellectual Property
FrameBox, including its app name, interface concepts, design elements, software, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of FrameBox to you.
8. No Warranty
FrameBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every intended use.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameBox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, edits, notes, or device access arising from use of the app.
10. Changes
We may update this User Agreement when app features, legal requirements, or platform rules change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
