1. Membership Scope
A FrameBox membership may unlock or expand premium creative functions, such as additional frame themes, enhanced editing controls, expanded sticker or tape styles, advanced filters, watermark options, video finishing tools, or other local creative features described in the app at the time of purchase.
2. Local-First Use
Membership features are designed to operate with the same privacy posture as the rest of FrameBox. We collect only User ID information. Photos, videos, notes, edits, theme cards, stickers, filters, watermarks, and other creative materials remain stored on the phone for local app use and are not collected by us.
3. Billing Through Google Play
If membership is purchased, billing may be processed by Google Play. Prices, renewal periods, taxes, payment methods, cancellation, refunds, and billing management are governed by Google Play rules and the purchase terms shown at checkout.
4. Renewal And Cancellation
If a membership renews automatically, it will continue for the period shown at purchase unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Cancelling a membership stops future renewal but may not immediately remove access already paid for during the active period.
5. Changes To Membership Features
We may add, adjust, replace, or remove membership features when improving FrameBox, responding to technical requirements, or complying with law or platform policies. We aim to keep the membership valuable and consistent with its local creative purpose.
6. No Transfer
Membership access is for personal use and may not be sold, rented, assigned, sublicensed, or transferred except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
7. Compatibility
Some membership features may depend on device capability, operating system version, storage space, and app version. Keeping FrameBox and the device operating system updated helps maintain feature availability.
