1. What FrameBox Does
FrameBox is a local-first frame studio. Its app functions include reviewing device images and videos, opening media previews, using crop and sticker controls, applying visual filters, adding text watermarks, changing video speed, trimming video start and end points, saving local copies, creating inspiration notes, and arranging media inside theme puzzle frame cards.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only User ID information. User ID information may be used to support basic app operation, service continuity, app integrity, and technical support related to app access.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect local photos, videos, filenames, screenshots, imported media, preview activity, viewing history, time-point notes, note text, stickers, decorative tape, crop decisions, filters, watermark text, trim ranges, speed values, saved edits, theme puzzle selections, generated frame cards, profile content, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, or payment credentials.
4. Local Phone Storage
All information used by FrameBox features other than User ID is stored on the user's phone for local app use. This may include device media references, notes, edits, previews, saved local copies, theme puzzle drafts, filters, stickers, trim choices, speed choices, and watermark text. FrameBox does not collect that information from the phone.
5. Google Play
If a user downloads FrameBox or makes store-related actions through Google Play, Google may process information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. FrameBox does not collect billing credentials or payment card numbers.
6. Age Requirement
FrameBox is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must not use FrameBox.
7. Security
Because FrameBox keeps app materials local on the phone except for User ID information, users should protect their device with a secure screen lock, updated operating system, and careful device access controls.
8. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if app functions, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
